Sniper strikes again.. A sniper critically wounded a 13-year-old boy on his way to school on Monday, October 7, 2002, in Prince George's County, Maryland.  Forensic tests revealed the shooting to be linked to sniper killings that have taken the lives of six people  in the Washington DC area.  Parents arrived at the school where the shooting took place to take their children home, as police, ATF, and and other agents combed the area for clues.
